Internships, which are designed to last between 3 and 6 months focuses on teaching the student about the workings of a dynamic New York, based Real Estate Company. New York Habitat specialized in furnished rentals (short and long term as well as shares) in the New York, Paris, London and South of France markets.

	Details
-	The monthly stipend is $300 for a part-time position and $600 for a full time position
-	Designed for 3 months minimum

The position is a great way to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced real estate agency and get experience in the field.

	Interns would be responsible to work in the inventory management side of the office with tasks including
-	Updating information about apartments
-	Visiting properties
-	Taking photographs
-	Calling owners to check on availability
-	Working with agents to better utilize the inventory in the system
-	Creating web content

	Candidate requirements
-	Communication Skills to interact with clients and owners
-	Computer Skills to operate our database
-	Team working Skills
